What is ISO certification and why is it important?

ISO certification shows that your management system meets an internationally recognised standard — quality, environment, safety, information security, and more. In the UAE it is often a tender, client, or operator-portal requirement. It also gives you a working system for consistency, risk, and continual improvement, not only a certificate.

How do I get an ADNOC Vendor ID?

You register on the ADNOC vendor portal with complete company, financial, HSE, ISO, and ICV evidence. Core Care prepares the documentation, completes the profile, and responds to clarifications until the Vendor ID is issued. After that, category prequalification is a separate file we can run in the same engagement.

What is ICV and who needs it?

ICV (In-Country Value) scores how much of your spend, employment, and investment stays inside the UAE. Vendors selling to ADNOC and many government entities need a current ICV certificate. A higher score improves competitiveness on tenders. We help first-time applicants and organisations that need to lift an existing score.

What is TAQA registration and who is it for?

TAQA vendor registration and prequalification are required to supply TAQA group companies. The portal asks for sector-specific technical, HSE, financial, and ISO evidence. It is a separate file from ADNOC. We complete Vendor ID and prequalification end to end, including clarification rounds.

Which ISO standards do you support?

We support the major ISO management-system standards used in the UAE: 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, 22000, 22301, 50001, 13485, 17025, 41001, 39001, and 21001, plus HACCP and related schemes.

What’s the difference between ICV and ISO?

ISO is a global management-system standard. ICV is a UAE programme that scores local value. You often need both: ISO to prove the system, ICV to prove local contribution on ADNOC and government work.

It applies whenever you submit information through this website, contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, or engage us as a client.

2. Information we collect

We collect contact details you submit through our enquiry form or WhatsApp: your full name, company name, phone number, and the brief you provide. We may also collect information you share in meetings as part of an engagement, and technical metadata your browser provides when visiting the site.

3. Why we collect it

We use the information to respond to your enquiry, deliver and document the engagement, meet legal, audit and tax obligations under UAE law, and communicate about active work or renewals. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising profiling.

4. How we share information

We share information with service providers who operate our business under written terms, and with certification bodies, registrars or government authorities when an engagement requires it — for example submitting documents to ADNOC, TAQA or an ISO registrar. We also share when required by UAE law.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept up to 24 months from last contact unless we are actively pursuing an engagement. Active engagement records are kept for the engagement plus the audit retention period. Tax and accounting records are kept for the period required under UAE law, then deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights under UAE law

7. Security, cookies and transfers

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal data. This website does not currently use third-party tracking cookies. Operations are based in the UAE; where providers sit outside the UAE we require equivalent protections.
